Town of Wethersfield Assessor Walter E. Topliff, Jr.  has announced that Tyler Technologies appraisal division has been retained to assist the Assessor’s Office in completing the State-mandated revaluation of all real property located in the Town of Wethersfield for the October 1, 2024 Grand List. Changes made to the 2024 Grand List will be reflected in the tax bills issued in July 2025. 

The data collection phase is underway. Tyler personnel will assist the Assessor’s Office in reconciling a variety of information that is maintained by the office. This includes – but is not limited to – updating new construction, general residential building permits, income and expense data of commercial parcels, sales verification and validation, and neighborhood sales analysis.
