Subdivision/Resubdivision $200* plus $50 per lot
Zoning Regulation Amendment $250*
Zone Change $250*
Zoning Permit - Residential $50
Zoning Permit - Commercial $100
Lot Splits/First Cut $100
Public Hearing Sign Deposit $50

*An additional $60 state fee is required for these applications. If a public hearing is required, an additional $50 sign deposit fee is required. Fees are subject to change. Contact the appropriate department for the current fee schedule. All checks should be made to "Town of Wethersfield."
