Energy Assistance Important Dates💡
April 1: Deadline for fuel authorizations for deliveries (the last day a customer can request a delivery). According to the DSS, this date will not be extended.
May 29: Last day a customer can apply for the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP).
June 17: Last day the Community Renewal Team (CRT) can accept deliverable fuel invoices (the final day invoices can be submitted for payment).
For the 2025-2026 Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP), household income must be at or below 60% of the state's median income ($47,764 for a 1-person household; $91,854 for a 4-person household)
