Appliances
For curbside pick-up of old appliances (stove, refrigerator,
freezer, air conditioner, hot water heater, dishwasher, washer, dryer)
residents should obtain a White Goods Sticker at the
Transfer Station.
State law requires that doors be removed from refrigerators and
freezers before they are left curbside. Residents can also choose to
bring stoves, dishwashers, hot water heaters, washers, and dryers to the
Transfer Station free of charge. If a resident brings a refrigerator,
freezer, dehumidifier or air conditioner to the Transfer Station there
is a $10 fee to dispose of the chlorofluorocarbons inside.
