Delinquent Bills

Delinquent bills may be turned over to a legal collection authority, i.e, constable, marshal or collection agency. This will result in a minimum $30 collection fee plus expenses in addition to any interest, DMV fees, warrant fees and lien fees that have already been added to your bill.

All real estate bills delinquent one year or more will have a lien placed on the land records and an additional $24 lien fee will be added to the bill.
