EBW Nature Center Facility Rentals

The Eleanor Buck Wolf Nature Center is available for rental for private groups functions and special events.  Consider hosting your next family celebration, board meeting or company retreat at our facility.  All rental fees are based upon 2 hours plus 1/2 hour for setup and 1/2 hour for cleanup.

Program Room

  • Set-Up Options 
    • Reception - Max 70
    • Board - Max 22
    • Class - Max 48
    • Lecture - Max 50
  • Member $45
  • Nonmember $50
  • Each additional hour is $25
  • Each hour outside of normal business hours (Tuesday - Saturday 10 am - 5 pm) is $40

Meeting Room

  • Set-Up Options 
    • Board - Max 12
    • Many people choose to rent this room in addition to the program room and use it as the "buffet room"
  • Member $30
  • Nonmember $40
  • Each additional hour is $25
  • Each hour outside of normal business hours (Tuesday - Saturday 10 am - 5 pm) is $40

Whole Building

  • Set-Up Options 
    • Max 170
  • Member $225
  • Nonmember $250
  • Each additional hour is $30
  • Each hour outside of normal business hours (Tuesday - Saturday 10 am - 5 pm) is $50

EBW Nature Center Provides

  • 6' long tables and chairs
  • Use of Nature Center building
  • Access to kitchen facilities (sink, refrigerator/freezer. microwave, stove and oven)

Renter is responsible for setup and cleanup.

Smoking and the use of alcoholic beverages in or around the facility is prohibited.
