Knox Box Program

The Fire Marshal’s office, Fire Department and Police Department sponsor a rapid entry vault program in town. A rapid entry vault is a security box than can be installed on your home or business to allow emergency responders quick access to your property. The vaults hold keys for your property that can only be accessed by emergency personnel. The town has established this program with the Knox Company. The Fire Marshal’s office serves as the administrator for the program.
