Use this form to request a report from the Records Division of the Wethersfield Police Department. If the report is releasable under law, you will receive a call informing you the report is ready for pick-up(or you may send a self-addressed envelope). Please be advised that there is typically a nominal charge for records (payable by check, money order or cash at the Police Department - no large bills please).
