The Town of Wethersfield invites qualified firms and individuals to submit qualification statements to provide comprehensive owner’s representative and project management services associated with the design and construction of a new Pre-K – 4 Highcrest Elementary school on the Kycia Farm property, renovate-as-new Webb Elementary School to become a 5-6 upper elementary school and renovate- as-new Charles Wright Elementary School into a K-4 school.
Interested firms and individuals shall have extensive knowledge of the design and construction of Pre-K - 4 elementary schools and schools encompassing upper elementary grades as well as experience as an Owner’s Project Representative, specifically in the State of Connecticut. They shall also have experience with the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services Office of Grants Administration (“OGA”) as specified below.
The Wethersfield Board of Education has submitted and received grant application approval for the Highcrest and Webb projects. A grant submission for Charles Wright will be forthcoming.
