The Silas Deane Highway Safe Streets and Roads for all (SS4A) Corridor Study focuses on improving safety and connectivity along Route 99 through Wethersfield and Rocky Hill. Funded by an SS4A Planning and Demonstration Grant, the study will assess intersections, sidewalks, and transit access to enhance travel for all users.
