The Town Council voted to phase in the impact of the recent revaluation of real property.

The Town is working to calculate the impact of this decision on the Grand List. This process will be complete in advance of any tax bills being generated.  At this time, we cannot answer individual homeowners' questions about what effect the phase-in will have on their property tax. Information will be communicated to residents as soon as it is ready.
