Heritage Walk

Spring is here and there should be nothing stopping you from seeing Historic Wethersfield's beautiful historic district, having wonderful food, and shopping at friendly local business all in one great community. More info!

Miss Maybell and The Jazz Age Artistes'

Free virtual concert! With music from ragtime to jazz, songs will chronologically show how American songwriting changed in the early 20th century. Pre-registration required. More info!

April 3, 10:00am - 4:00pm

Keeney Center Reopening to the Public

The Keeney Center will be open Saturdays from 10-4pm, and Sundays 1-4pm. Visitors are required to wear a face mask/covering at all times in the museum and observe the posted room capacity advisories to ensure safe social distancing. More info

April 7, 3:00pm - 4:30pm

From Memory to Memoir

Learn where to start, how to get organized, and how to keep going until you’re finished. Tips on pictures to include and how to self-publish your story. No previous writing experience required. More info!

April 12 - 16, 9:00am - 12:00pm

Spring Break Art Class

Students will learn techniques to develop their own Japanese style comic characters and stories. Color pencil, marker, or watercolor for the finals. Bring your own supplies and snacks. More info!

April 15 - 17, 9:30am - 4:00pm

Drawing the Self-Portrait

Develop a highly resolved self-portrait from life. The instructor will create a demonstration drawing and provide individual critiques for each student. All skill levels and ages are welcome. More info!

April 25th & May 2nd

Private Critiques with Kathryn Engberg

Schedule a 30 minute individual critique session for 1 - 6 pieces of artwork in progress. More info!

April 25th, 9:30am - 4:00pm

Figure Drawing Workshop

Work with a live model holding a single pose. Students will strengthen their figure drawing skills through instructor led lecture and demonstraton. All skill levels welcome. More info!
