Bargue /Cast Drawing

Based on the 19th century French Academic drawing course, designed by Charles Bargue, students will develop sight size drawing skills with a focus on shapes, form, line and values. More info! 

January 9th, 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Figure Drawing

Students will develop skills and confidence in figure drawing. Start with Figure 1 process, by learning the elements of focus and patience in putting lines on paper, stepping back and learning in an observational manner. More info!

January 10th, 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Oil Painting Still Life or Mastercopy

Learn to paint realistically with the oil paint medium. Everyone will work at their own pace, allowing both beginners and experienced painters to join. More info!

January 11th, 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Drawing Fundamentals for Beginners

Learn how to draw both visually and with imagination. Class will be taught on graphite and sketching/drawing paper. More info!

A short walk through the gate to our Wolf Parcel and DeMille Easement on the Cove and Folly Brook, 412 Hartford Ave. Stay for a longer walk, another two and a half hours. More info!

Walkers will stroll down Main Street to Wethersfield Cove and out to the CT River’s edge. See the Wolf Moon rise above the tree line on the eastern shore, shimmering on the river below. More info!
